The New York State Cannabis Control Board approved 212 conditional adult-use retail dispensary (CAURD) licenses during its July 19 meeting. Of those licenses, nine were awarded to retailers looking to open in the Finger Lakes Region. The board’s approval nearly doubles the number of licenses in New York, expanding the total to 463.
The nine new licensees are:
• GreenlakesDispo, LLC.
• Daniel S. Dennis
• Kimberly Baldwin
• JTCC NY LLC.
• Swan Lake Equity LLC.
• Jacob Calabria
• 718 Equity Enterprise Inc.
• D’Amico Group LLC.
• Evergreen Retail 1, LLC.
These licensees join seven businesses in the Finger Lakes Region that were approved to receive licenses on June 16. They include: MJ Dispensary; William J. Wheeler; Mach Enterprises, LLC; Scott M. General; High Points of Finger Lakes, LLC; Canna Life, LLC; and Northfield Consulting, LLC.
